Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food preparation or cooking role preferred
- Ability to work flexible and varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment
- Open availability preferred
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Team-oriented and adaptable nature
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0 to 2 years of previous culinary experience beneficial
- Ability to follow recipes and cooking procedures accurately
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Adaptability to varying shifts and work hours
- Commitment to workplace safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special or catered events
- Read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing food
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time and with satisfactory regularity
- Maintain a healthy and safe working environment
- Assist with food waste reduction efforts
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business and client needs
