The Airport Lounge Cook position at SodexoMagic represents a vital role within the dynamic ambiance of the DELTA SKY CLUB at PHL. This full-time role, compensated at $18.54 per hour, demands open availability for any shift, with further scheduling details disclosed during the interview process. As an Airport Lounge Cook, you will be instrumental in preparing and presenting a wide array of hot and cold nutritious dishes across different meal periods such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events. Your responsibilities go beyond cooking to include active participation in reducing food waste and delivering exceptional customer service that enhances the overall guest experience.

Working as part of a team, you will be expected to follow basic recipes and product directions accurately, operate grill stations as needed, and ensure punctuality and reliability by attending scheduled shifts consistently. Job Requirements

  • 0 to 2 years of related experience preferred
  • Availability to work any shift including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
  • Read and follow basic recipes and product directions for food preparation
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with regularity
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
