Job Requirements
- High school diploma GED or equivalent
- Previous operational experience required preferably waitress waiter or bartender
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
- Must have ability to work under pressure
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Ability to read write fluently speak and understand English
- Flexibility to work weekends holidays rotating shifts and extended hours

Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of lounge areas including restrooms and floors
- Monitor and replenish supplies such as towels toiletries and cleaning products
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Follow all safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
- Prepare and set up lounge area for opening and closing
- Greet passengers assist and answer questions
- Direct passengers to airline representatives if needed for further assistance
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
