We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Janitorial Cleaner to join our frontline team. This is a vital role responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and orderliness across assigned facilities. The Janitorial Cleaner contributes directly to creating a positive and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors by performing various routine cleaning duties. This role is well-suited for individuals entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience or education, as it offers an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills in a supportive setting. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, with shifts available during the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, providing flexibility to accommodate different schedules.

The Janitorial Cleaner’s primary responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing floors and surfaces, sanitizing restrooms, replenishing supplies, emptying trash and recycling bins, cleaning windows and mirrors, maintaining cleaning equipment, and reporting maintenance or safety concerns. In addition to these tasks, the cleaner assists with event setup and cleanup, ensuring all safety protocols and company standards are adhered to.
