We are seeking a diligent and dependable Janitorial Cleaner to join ABM’s dedicated team. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and the overall appearance of the workplace, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for employees, clients, and visitors alike. Offering an hourly wage between $15.00 and $17.00, this position includes shift availability on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, making it flexible for various scheduling needs.

As a Janitorial Cleaner, you will perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, replenishing supplies, and consistently adhering to hygiene standards. Your duties will extend to emptying trash and recycling bins following company policies, cleaning glass surfaces like windows and mirrors, and maintaining the proper storage of cleaning equipment and supplies. Reporting any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to supervisors is a critical aspect of ensuring a safe, orderly environment. You may also be called upon to assist with setting up and cleaning up after meetings, events, or special projects.

Ideal candidates for this position are those who have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), and while previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus, this is also an excellent opportunity for individuals entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience.
