Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet guests as they approach the desk
  • assist guests with check-in of luggage to appropriate airlines
  • verify guest flight itinerary and number of bags
  • input guest information for first-time users
  • process check-in of bags including charging credit cards
  • weigh bags to check for overweight charges
  • tag luggage with destination tags
  • provide boarding pass and luggage claim tickets
  • secure luggage immediately after acceptance
  • communicate clearly and professionally with guests
  • maintain positive and friendly demeanor
  • organize and stock concierge desk
  • manage payments received from guests
  • answer telephones and guest questions
  • perform simple addition for transactions
