Job Requirements
- Must be able to work early morning shifts
- experience in guest service preferred
- data entry skills preferred
- clear communication abilities
- ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
- knowledge of travel or airline industry advantageous
- eligible to work in the U.S.
- must pass background check
- must pass drug test
- follow company appearance guidelines
- ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- able to push luggage cages weighing up to 100 pounds
- able to stand for long periods
- withstand vehicle noise and outdoor elements
- ability to bend, squat, and kneel occasionally
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work in early morning rotations
- at least 6 months experience in face-to-face guest service preferred
- data entry and computer experience preferred
- ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients
- knowledge of airline or travel industry preferred
- eligibility to work in the United States
- ability to pass pre-employment criminal background screening
- ability to pass pre-employment drug testing process
Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests as they approach the desk
- assist guests with check-in of luggage to appropriate airlines
- verify guest flight itinerary and number of bags
- input guest information for first-time users
- process check-in of bags including charging credit cards
- weigh bags to check for overweight charges
- tag luggage with destination tags
- provide boarding pass and luggage claim tickets
- secure luggage immediately after acceptance
- communicate clearly and professionally with guests
- maintain positive and friendly demeanor
- organize and stock concierge desk
- manage payments received from guests
- answer telephones and guest questions
- perform simple addition for transactions
