Job Requirements
- Ability to work in early morning rotation
- at least 6 months experience in face-to-face guest service preferred
- data entry and computer experience preferred
- ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients
- ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
- knowledge of the airline or travel industry preferred
- must be eligible to work in the United States
- must successfully pass pre-employment criminal background screening
- must pass pre-employment drug testing process

Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests as they approach the desk
- assist guests with checking in luggage to appropriate airlines
- verify guest flight itineraries and bag counts
- input guest information for new enrollments
- charge guests credit cards for checked and overweight bags
- tag luggage with destination tags
- provide boarding passes, luggage claim tickets, and receipts to guests
- secure luggage immediately after processing
- maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills
- organize and stock the concierge desk
- uphold guest service guidelines and company values
- manage credit card payments from guests
- answer telephone and guest inquiries
- perform simple addition calculations
- work part-time shifts primarily during morning and afternoon hours
