Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least six months experience in customer-facing service roles preferred
- Ability to work in early morning hours
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests
- Capacity to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must pass pre-employment criminal background check
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and push/pull luggage carts up to 100 pounds
- Must stand for up to eight hours
- Must adhere to company appearance and grooming policies
- No visible tattoos or body piercings unless covered
- Clean and well-maintained uniform required
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Minimum six months experience in face-to-face guest service
- Proficiency in data entry and computer use preferred
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to perform duties in outdoor weather conditions
- Knowledge of travel or airline industry preferred
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening
- Familiarity with TSA, safety, security, and hazardous material handling through training
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and immediately as they approach the desk
- Assist guests with luggage check-in and verify flight itineraries
- Input guest information efficiently for new enrollments
- Process luggage check-in including charging credit cards for baggage fees
- Weigh luggage and manage charges for overweight bags
- Tag luggage accurately with destination information
- Provide boarding passes, luggage claim tickets, and receipts to guests
- Secure luggage promptly after processing
- Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with guests
- Organize and stock the concierge desk
- Uphold client service guidelines and company values
- Manage credit card payments from guests
- Answer telephones and respond to guest inquiries
- Perform simple addition for transactions
