Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years experience delivering luxury or VIP services or airport/airline hospitality
- Current authorization to work in the US
- Valid driver’s license
- Ownership of smartphone with Android 5+ or Apple 11+ compatible operating system
- Willingness to download required apps for operational and data privacy purposes
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Compliance with company uniform and grooming standards
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 70 lbs
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- High proficiency with computers and smartphone applications
- Ability to read and interpret operational and procedural manuals
- Proficient use of Airport Butler automated reservation system after training
Job Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency with computers and smartphone applications
- Ability to work flexibly including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk long periods and lift up to 70 lbs
- Demonstrated problem solving and collaboration skills
- Cultural awareness
- Ability to manage stressful environments calmly
- Multilingual skills a plus
Job Duties
- Greet clients curbside upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Assist arriving clients at gate with luggage collection and ground transportation
- Support clients with check-in and ticketing
- Help with baggage collection or drop-off
- Aid clients with connecting flights
- Provide airport navigation guidance and direct clients to amenities
- Arrange pre-boarding flights as needed
- Communicate with Guest Experience Center
- Maintain professional rapport with airlines and regulatory agencies
- Ensure confidentiality of clients and adhere to escorting protocols
- Use Airport Butler systems for managing service details and client communications
- Perform other duties as assigned
