Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years experience in luxury or VIP customer service or airport/airline hospitality
- current authorization to work in the US
- valid driver’s license
- ownership of smartphone with Android 5+ or Apple 11+ operating system
- willingness to download required apps with partial reimbursement
- excellent written and communication skills
- adherence to company uniform and grooming standards
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- high proficiency with computers and smartphone applications
- ability to read and interpret documents such as manuals
- ability to efficiently use Airport Butler’s reservation and communication systems after training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years experience in delivering luxury or VIP type services to high-end customers or airport and airline hospitality service experience
- excellent written and communication skills
- must wear company uniform and conform to grooming standards
- high proficiency in computer and smartphone skills including applications
- ability to read and interpret operating and procedural manuals
- must be able to efficiently use Airport Butler's reservation system, scheduling application, and communication technology after training
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
- exceptional organizational skills
- ability to solve problems proactively and creatively
- ability to collaborate with others to overcome abnormal situations
- high level of cultural awareness
- excellent internal and external customer service skills
- ability to work in a hectic and stressful environment while delivering calm and efficient service
- resilience and adaptability to changing environments
- multilingual skills are a plus
Job Duties
- Greet client's curbside upon arrival to the airport and assist with the check-in process
- stay with the client assisting in their needs until they are safely onboard and on their way to the next destination
- greet arriving clients at the gate and assist with luggage collection
- ensure clients connect with their appropriate ground transportation
- assist with check-in and ticketing
- assist with baggage collection or drop-off
- assist clients with connecting flights as needed
- knowledge of the airport layout to assist clients navigate and direct them to various amenities
- assist with arranging for pre-boarding flight
- communicate with the Guest Experience Center
- develop and maintain professional rapport with regulating agencies and airlines
- exhibit utmost confidentiality with clients and client information
- maintain strict adherence to escorting protocol within the airport
- utilize Airport Butler systems to manage service details and communicate with clients
- perform other duties as assigned
