Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorization to work in the US
- Valid driver's license
- Must own a smartphone with Android 5+ or Apple 11+
- Willing to download required apps
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to comply with company uniform and grooming standards
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- Ability to work under pressure independently
- High proficiency in computer and smartphone use
- Ability to interpret operating manuals
- Ability to use Airport Butler systems after training
- Minimum two years experience in luxury or VIP or airport hospitality service

Job Duties
- Greet clients curbside upon arrival and assist with check-in
- Stay with clients until safely onboard their flight
- Greet arriving clients at the gate and assist with luggage collection
- Ensure clients connect with appropriate ground transportation
- Assist with ticketing and baggage drop-off
- Help clients navigate to airport amenities such as lounges and restaurants
- Communicate with the Guest Experience Center
- Develop relationships with airport agencies and airlines
- Maintain client confidentiality
- Follow strict airport escorting protocols
- Use Airport Butler systems to manage service details
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
