Job Requirements

Minimum of 6 months computer experience including Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to operate electronic devices such as computers, fax machines, printers, and time clocks
Proven supervisory and team management experience
Experience in operational planning and resource allocation
High school diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to process and respond to information accurately
Valid driver’s license
Proficiency in English speaking, reading, and writing
Basic computer literacy
Previous ramp or airline experience preferred
Must complete required training and maintain certifications
Must pass FBI fingerprint background check
Must pass random drug screening
Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, push, and pull for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly in confined spaces
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Proven supervisory experience
Experience in operational planning and resource management
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to use electronic devices including computers, fax machines, printers, and time clocks
Ability to process and respond to information quickly
Strong communication skills in English
Previous ramp or airline experience preferred
Successful completion of required training and certifications
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work variable shifts and extended hours

Job Duties

Establish shift assignments for full-time and part-time employees
Ensure crews are properly briefed prior to each flight
Monitor and supervise daily activities of the cabin appearance team
Provide guidance, training, and support as needed
Enforce company policies and safety protocols with corrective actions
Conduct disciplinary procedures fairly and consistently
Ensure services meet carrier schedules and performance standards
Report functional or mechanical discrepancies with ground support equipment
Perform cosmetic arrangements of seat belts and cabin features
Clean and prepare aircraft interiors including seats, floors, galleys, and lavatories
Conduct thorough cleaning and servicing of cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories
Ensure surfaces are free from dirt, marks, and fingerprints
Replenish onboard supplies and amenities accurately
Monitor and manage aircraft stock levels
Accept and verify deliveries to commissary locker
Document incoming shipments accurately
Organize commissary locker ensuring cleanliness and safety
Maintain inventory levels for aircraft stocking
Prepare sleep experience kits and other necessary kits
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and airline regulations
Follow company policies and perform other assigned duties
