The Concierge Agent assists clients from curbside greeting through check-in, baggage handling, ticketing, navigating airport facilities, managing connections, and ensuring clients reach their next destination smoothly and with minimal stress. The role requires agents to be highly knowledgeable about airport layouts, amenities such as restaurants, lounges, and shops, and to maintain strong communication lines with internal teams and external agencies. Importantly, agents must uphold strict confidentiality regarding client information and adhere to airport escorting protocols. This full-time role often involves working flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet service demands. AGI offers partial reimbursement for mobile service plans, reflecting the integration of mobile technology in daily operations. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must possess current authorization to work in the US
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must own smartphone with a mobile operating system of (Android) 5 plus or (Apple) 11 plus
  • Willingness to download required apps for operational purposes
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Must wear company uniform and conform to all grooming standards
  • Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • High proficiency in computer and smartphone skills
  • Ability to read and interpret manuals
  • Ability to efficiently use Airport Butler's systems after training
  • Two years experience in luxury or VIP service or airport/airline hospitality

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years experience in delivering luxury or VIP type services to high-end customers and or airport or airline hospitality service experience
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • High proficiency of computer and smartphone skills, including smartphone applications
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and procedural manuals
  • Must, after training, be able to efficiently use Airport Butler's automated reservation system, scheduling application, and communication technology
  • Must own smartphone with a mobile operating system of (Android) 5 plus or (Apple) 11 plus, and be willing to download apps required by AGI/Airport Butler for operational and data privacy purposes
  • Must be flexible in work schedule to match the demand for services to include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision

Job Duties

  • Greet clients curbside upon arrival to the airport, assist with the check-in process, stay with the client assisting in their needs until they are safely onboard and on their way to the next destination
  • Greet arriving clients at the gate, assist with luggage collection, and ensure they connect with their appropriate ground transportation
  • Assist with check-in and ticketing
  • Assist with baggage collection or drop-off
  • Assist clients with connecting flights as needed
  • Knowledge of the airport layout to assist clients navigate through the airport and direct them to the various amenities (restaurants, lounges, shops, restrooms, airline ticket counter, and gate information, etc.)
  • Assist with arranging for pre-boarding flight
  • Communicate with the Guest Experience Center (GEC)
  • Develop and maintain professional rapport with regulating agencies and airlines within the airport
  • Exhibit utmost confidentiality with clients and client information
  • Maintain strict adherence to escorting protocol within the airport
  • Utilize Airport Butler systems to manage service details and communicate with clients
  • Other duties as assigned
