Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
- Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship

- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
- Utilize reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
- Lift, load, unload and sort freight, mail, and baggage safely
- Operate company vehicles on the tarmac to transport luggage
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions while maintaining safety
- Support on-time departures and arrivals by ensuring proper baggage handling
- Adapt to varying shifts including irregular hours, weekends, and holidays
