Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
  • Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to use computer systems and learn new software quickly

  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
  • Utilize reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
  • Lift, load, unload and sort freight, mail, and baggage safely
  • Operate company vehicles on the tarmac to transport luggage
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions while maintaining safety
  • Support on-time departures and arrivals by ensuring proper baggage handling
  • Adapt to varying shifts including irregular hours, weekends, and holidays
