Job Requirements
- Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
- Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma, GED or international equivalent
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship

- Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license with no disqualifying restrictions
- Excellent physical stamina and readiness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety protocols and detail oriented approach
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Load, unload and sort freight, mail and baggage in a safe manner while achieving on-time departures and arrivals
- Lift luggage throughout shifts to maintain workflow and ensure baggage is processed efficiently
- Operate company vehicles on the tarmac to transport bags to their destinations
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions ensuring continuous ground operations
- Adapt to varying shifts including irregular hours, weekends and holidays to meet operational demands
- Participate actively in paid training and development programs to improve skills and career potential
- Collaborate with team members to maintain safety standards and optimize baggage handling processes
