Job Requirements

- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Eligible to work in the United States
- English proficient
- Computer savvy

Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED equivalent

- Proficient in English
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Trained in customer service excellence and passenger handling
- Advanced courses completed in reservations and ticketing
- Solid working knowledge of a major Computer Reservation System (CRS)
- In-depth understanding of market trends and industry practices
Job Duties
- Supervise daily operations at airport kiosk or ticketing desk
- Handle reservations and fare calculations accurately
- Ensure compliance with legal travel documentation
- Promote and upsell ancillary services such as airport upgrades, extra legroom seats, and excess baggage
- Educate customers on airline program benefits and conduct member enrollment
- Monitor sales activity and ensure accurate cash/card reconciliation
- Manage passenger acceptance and special cases including queue management
- Proactively manage operational disruptions including rebooking and hotel arrangements
- Support various airport functions including check-in, boarding, lounge services, and ramp support
- Collaborate with airport authorities, crew, and airline personnel to maintain safety and security
