Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Trained in customer service excellence and passenger handling
  • Advanced courses completed in reservations and ticketing
  • Solid working knowledge of a major Computer Reservation System (CRS)
  • In-depth understanding of market trends and industry practices

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily operations at airport kiosk or ticketing desk
  • Handle reservations and fare calculations accurately
  • Ensure compliance with legal travel documentation
  • Promote and upsell ancillary services such as airport upgrades, extra legroom seats, and excess baggage
  • Educate customers on airline program benefits and conduct member enrollment
  • Monitor sales activity and ensure accurate cash/card reconciliation
  • Manage passenger acceptance and special cases including queue management
  • Proactively manage operational disruptions including rebooking and hotel arrangements
  • Support various airport functions including check-in, boarding, lounge services, and ramp support
  • Collaborate with airport authorities, crew, and airline personnel to maintain safety and security
