Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or G.E.D equivalent
  • Solid working knowledge of major Computer Reservation System (CRS)
  • In-depth understanding of market trends and industry practices
  • Successfully completed advanced courses in reservations and ticketing
  • Trained in customer service excellence and passenger handling
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Email applications
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English and local language both written and spoken

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily operations at airport kiosk or ticketing desk focusing on customer service
  • Handle ticketing and reservations accurately
  • Promote ancillary services like airport upgrades and extra legroom seats
  • Maintain knowledge of commercial products and promote them to customers
  • Educate customers about airline programs and benefits
  • Monitor and document all sales activities and ensure financial compliance
  • Manage passenger acceptance including special cases and queue management
  • Handle operational disruptions including rebooking and denied boarding
  • Support various airport operations functions including check-in, boarding, lounge, and ramp support as needed
