Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or G.E.D equivalent
- Solid working knowledge of major Computer Reservation System (CRS)
- In-depth understanding of market trends and industry practices
- Successfully completed advanced courses in reservations and ticketing
- Trained in customer service excellence and passenger handling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Email applications
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and local language both written and spoken
Job Duties
- Supervise daily operations at airport kiosk or ticketing desk focusing on customer service
- Handle ticketing and reservations accurately
- Promote ancillary services like airport upgrades and extra legroom seats
- Maintain knowledge of commercial products and promote them to customers
- Educate customers about airline programs and benefits
- Monitor and document all sales activities and ensure financial compliance
- Manage passenger acceptance including special cases and queue management
- Handle operational disruptions including rebooking and denied boarding
- Support various airport operations functions including check-in, boarding, lounge, and ramp support as needed
