Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Proficient in a major Computer Reservation System (CRS)
  • Completed advanced courses in reservations and ticketing
  • Trained in customer service excellence and passenger handling
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and email applications
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English and local language
  • Ability to professionally interact with high-profile passengers and airline personnel

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily operations at airport kiosk or ticketing desk
  • Handle ticketing and reservations accurately
  • Promote and upsell ancillary services such as airport upgrades and extra legroom seats
  • Educate customers about airline programs and benefits
  • Monitor sales activity and ensure accurate cash and card reconciliation
  • Manage passenger acceptance including special cases
  • Proactively handle operational disruptions including rebooking and denied boarding
  • Assist in various airport functions including check-in, boarding, lounge services, and ramp support
