Job Requirements
- Previous experience in aircraft cabin cleaning or ground services
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a team and ensure high performance in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure high cleanliness standards
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
- Ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Adhere to safety, security, and operational protocols
- A valid driver’s license may be required
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in aircraft cabin cleaning or ground services
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
- Prior supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of aircraft cleaning protocols and safety standards
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and safety tools used in aircraft cleaning
- Additional certifications in safety or ground services
Job Duties
- Supervise and lead a team of cabin service agents to ensure the timely and thorough cleaning of aircraft
- Assign tasks and ensure that cleaning standards and schedules are met according to airline guidelines
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols including handling cleaning supplies safely
- Inspect the cleaned cabins to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards and are free of hazards
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and order new materials as needed
- Coordinate with ground operations and flight crew to ensure timely turnarounds
- Train and onboard new staff members ensuring they understand cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any incidents or issues to management
