Job Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months airline experience preferred
  • Ramp and bag room experience preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of airline product systems and procedures
  • Knowledge of airline computer systems
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Ability to work in teams and lead ramp team
  • Able to travel for training
  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • English proficient
  • Valid US work authorization
  • Professional demeanor and exceptional presentation
  • Flexible schedule and availability
  • Background check required
  • Fingerprinting required
  • Drug screen required prior to the day of hire
  • Able to stand for 3-4 hours at a time
  • Reading and comprehension of reference materials, instructions, policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Previous airline experience minimum 12 months
  • Ramp and bag room experience preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of airline product systems and procedures
  • Knowledge of airline computer systems
  • Ability to lead and work effectively within teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • English proficiency
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Retail or hospitality work experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Coordinate weight and balance documentation with load control
  • Maintain daily trip files and station traffic reports including all aircraft handling related statistical data
  • Supervise ramp functions ensuring operational safety and load security checks prior to departure
  • Coordinate all phases of aircraft handling including catering, cleaning, fueling, crew and passenger boarding and de-boarding
  • Manage loading and unloading activities ensuring proper cargo buildup and preparation including securing cargo and luggage
  • Collaborate closely with gate operations to oversee boarding and de-boarding passenger service processes
  • Monitor bag scanning processes and provide daily performance reports to management documenting delays and reasons
