- Minimum 12 months airline experience preferred
- ramp and bagroom experience preferred
- ability to perform under pressure
- ability to work in teams and lead ramp team
- proficient knowledge of airline product systems and procedures
- knowledge of airline computer systems
- ability to travel for training

Job Duties
- Coordinate weight and balance documentation with Load Control
- maintain daily trip files and station traffic reports
- supervise ramp functions
- conduct operational safety and load security checks
- coordinate aircraft handling including catering, cleaning, fueling, boarding and de-boarding
- ensure proper loading and unloading of cargo and luggage
- secure cargo and passenger compartments
- coordinate with gate and passenger service teams
- monitor bag handling processes
- prepare daily handling performance reports
- control left behind baggage index
- implement new procedures and process enhancements
- manage operational irregularities according to regulations
- document flight handling irregularities
- ensure compliance with safety, security, and legal regulations
- perform station operations surveillance checks
