Job Requirements
- Minimum 12 months airline experience
- Ramp and bagroom experience preferred
- Proficiency in airline product and computer systems
- Ability to work under pressure

Job Duties
- Coordinate weight and balance documentation with Load Control
- Maintain daily trip files and station traffic report and record all aircraft handling statistical data
- Supervise ramp functions including operational safety and load security checks before departure
- Coordinate all activities during irregularities and manage aircraft handling phases such as catering, cleaning, fueling, boarding, and de-boarding
- Oversee loading and unloading of cargo and luggage ensuring proper buildup and secure stowing
- Coordinate passenger service processes related to gate and boarding operations
- Monitor and report on handling performance, document delays, control Left Behind Baggage Index (LBI), and implement new procedures and enhancements
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and legal regulations during all ground handling operations
