Minimum 12 months airline experience
Ramp and bagroom experience preferred
Proficiency in airline product and computer systems
Ability to work under pressure

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Coordinate weight and balance documentation with Load Control
Maintain daily trip files and station traffic report and record all aircraft handling statistical data
Supervise ramp functions including operational safety and load security checks before departure
Coordinate all activities during irregularities and manage aircraft handling phases such as catering, cleaning, fueling, boarding, and de-boarding
Oversee loading and unloading of cargo and luggage ensuring proper buildup and secure stowing
Coordinate passenger service processes related to gate and boarding operations
Monitor and report on handling performance, document delays, control Left Behind Baggage Index (LBI), and implement new procedures and enhancements
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and legal regulations during all ground handling operations
