Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of sous chef or kitchen manager level management experience
- ServSafe certified or equivalent
- Ability to pass TSA background check
- Obtain airport badge
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and employee development ability
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of kitchen manager or sous chef level management experience
- ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to develop and motivate employees

Job Duties
- Responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting
- Ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
- Develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary policy and procedure
- Ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance
- Have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
