Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of sous chef or kitchen manager level management experience
  • ServSafe certified or equivalent
  • Ability to pass TSA background check
  • Obtain airport badge
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and employee development ability
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of kitchen manager or sous chef level management experience
  • ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and motivate employees
  • Passion for food and culinary innovation

Job Duties

  • Responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting
  • Ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
  • Develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary policy and procedure
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance
  • Have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
