Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or ged or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of management experience
  • servsafe certification
  • ability to lead a high-volume scratch kitchen
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to comply with safety and sanitation regulations
  • strong leadership capabilities
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or ged or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of kitchen manager or sous chef level management experience in a scratch kitchen
  • strong culinary background with ability to stay current with new culinary trends
  • servsafe certification in food safety and sanitation
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • strong coaching and employee development skills
  • passion for food and culinary innovation

Job Duties

  • manage purchasing and menu compliance
  • oversee inventory and conduct food cost analysis
  • forecast food production needs
  • ensure compliance with Sodexo culinary standards including recipe and food quality adherence
  • develop and motivate culinary team members to embrace innovation
  • enforce food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
  • utilize automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
