Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of management experience
- servsafe certification
- ability to lead a high-volume scratch kitchen
- excellent communication skills
- ability to comply with safety and sanitation regulations
- strong leadership capabilities
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or ged or equivalent
- 2-3 years of kitchen manager or sous chef level management experience in a scratch kitchen
- strong culinary background with ability to stay current with new culinary trends
- servsafe certification in food safety and sanitation
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- strong coaching and employee development skills
- passion for food and culinary innovation
Job Duties
- manage purchasing and menu compliance
- oversee inventory and conduct food cost analysis
- forecast food production needs
- ensure compliance with Sodexo culinary standards including recipe and food quality adherence
- develop and motivate culinary team members to embrace innovation
- enforce food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- utilize automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
