Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of management experience
- experience in upscale food production and high volume scratch kitchens
- ServSafe certified or equivalent food safety certification
- ability to lead and motivate a culinary team
- excellent communication skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications

- 2-3 years of sous chef or kitchen manager level management experience
- strong culinary background with knowledge of contemporary culinary trends
- safety and sanitation certified (ServSafe)
- excellent leadership and communication skills

Job Duties
- be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting
- ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
- have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
- ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance
- have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
- maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation
