The company is currently seeking a seasoned Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager to join the elite team operating the Qantas One World Lounge at Los Angeles International Airport in Los Angeles, CA. This role provides an exciting opportunity to be part of a culinary-driven, upscale experience set within a thoughtfully designed travel oasis. The ideal candidate will exhibit an eclectic knowledge of gourmet menus, combining upscale to fine-dining experience with expertise in high-volume catering and event execution. This hands-on role demands a leader who is well versed in managing upscale food production, preferably with a strong scratch kitchen background from luxury hotels or high-end restaurants.

Job Duties
