Job Requirements

Minimum education requirement - associate's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum management experience - 2 years
Minimum functional experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
Ability to make daily operational decisions independently
Strong knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations, HACCP, and health department interactions
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent experience
2-5 years of management experience in a recognized restaurant concept, hotel/hospitality company, or contract foodservices group
AGM or GM level background with leadership experience as the number one manager
Strong background in safety, sanitation, HACCP, and health department regulations
Proven ability to coach, teach, and develop people effectively
Passion for the travel and hospitality industry
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience using food management systems for ordering and inventory control

Job Duties

Oversee food and beverage program including food preparation, cooks, bartenders, and food attendants
Manage daily lounge operations ensuring culinary standards and customer satisfaction
Order products, manage inventory, and utilize food management systems for menu development and production planning
Conduct food and beverage (bar) program training and monitor staff performance
Ensure compliance with Sodexo and airline client standards of service
Perform financial reporting and assist in achieving company and client financial targets
Comply with all company safety, risk management, and HACCP policies and procedures
