This role is critical in upholding Sodexo Culinary standards related to food safety, sanitation, and quality while fostering a culture of innovation and employee development within the culinary team. The Executive Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager will also manage inventory controls, food purchasing, and production forecasting, implementing automated inventory management systems to optimize operations.

Compensation for this role is equitable and reflective of the candidate's education, experience, and skills, offering a competitive salary package. Sodexo provides a comprehensive benefits package, emphasizing health, wellness, and career advancement opportunities. Candidates with a supervisory culinary background in upscale dining environments such as hotel banquets, country clubs, or upscale restaurants will find this position well-suited to their skills and aspirations. Strong leadership, mentoring capabilities, adaptability to flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays, and a passion for culinary innovation are essential for success in this role.

Sodexo Live! places high value on creating a respectful, inclusive workplace where employees can thrive and contribute fully. The company’s commitment to equal employment opportunity ensures a diverse and supportive environment.
