Job Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalency
- Must be 21 years of age to begin the interview process
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
- Above average oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with and reassure passengers in a hurried and stressful environment
- Ability to work independently and as a team member

Job Duties
- Conduct preflight safety check of emergency equipment and convey information to pilot
- Ensure cabin security, passengers seated for takeoff/landing and provide passenger count to pilots
- Prepare and secure doors and announce departure to passengers over the PA system
- Perform evacuation of passengers if necessary
- Complete departure demonstration of safety and emergency equipment
- Complete final cabin count, compliance checks and final galley check
- Take a seated position and secure self for takeoff and landing
- Follow Federal Aviation Regulations as required
- Ensure proper loading and storage of carry on luggage prior to and during the flight
- Set up galley, brew coffee, check supplies, stow meals and verify count
- Serve meals and/or beverages, collect and stow all beverage and meal service items prior to landing
- Serve alcoholic beverages as needed
