Job Requirements

- High school graduate or G.E.D equivalent
- Eligible to work in the United States
- English proficient
- Chinese speaking (Mandarin and Cantonese) required
- Available to work AM/PM shifts
- Required to complete 2 weeks of mandatory paid training
- Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment
- Effective communication and good listening skills

Job Duties
- Learn behind-the-scene workings of an international airport
- Rotate through check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals and other airport areas
- Navigate challenges and flight activities to ensure on-time performance
- Interact professionally with high-profile passengers
- Partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure safe and secure travel experience
