Job Duties

  • Provide guidance and information to guests about hotel amenities, services, and local points of interest
  • Coordinate with Bell Services, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or issues
  • Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or issues are satisfactorily resolved
  • Receive, record, and accurately relay messages
  • Attend to special requests from guests with exceptional needs
  • Communicate VIP arrivals to designated staff for personalized attention
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions
  • Maintain a neat and professional uniform and personal appearance
