Job Requirements

  • Must pass a background screening
  • Able to work well with your team members
  • Must be flexible to work variable shifts, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work extended hours on short notice during irregular operation
  • Demonstrate regular, predictable attendance at job location
  • Carry out other duties as assigned
  • Ability to work full-time
  • Must be reliable and self-motivated individuals

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of baggage or customer service experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lift baggage up to 40lbs/50lbs
  • Ability to work independently or in a team
  • Airport experience is preferred
  • Must be flexible to work variable shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Assist with checked and claimed luggage
  • Review all checked in items for the correct labels to be handled properly
  • Assist check-in airline agent with baggage request
  • Follow dispatcher gate orders
  • Assist passenger with any problems, questions, or concerns
  • Maintain professional working relationships with fellow employees, supervisors, managers, airline employees, and airport authorities
  • Exceed customer service and safety standards
