Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of aviation industry experience with 2+ years in sales or customer service
  • Instrument-rated pilot with broad knowledge of general aviation fixed-wing aircraft
  • 300+ hours of flight experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite

  • Working knowledge of aircraft maintenance requirements and aviation technology
  • 4+ years of aviation industry experience, ideally with 2+ years in sales or customer service
  • 300+ hours of flight experience and familiarity with a variety of aircraft models and avionics

Job Duties

  • Proactively contact and qualify new sales leads
  • Manage and maintain current accounts
  • Provide exceptional customer support throughout the sales process
  • Conduct in-depth market research and assist with aircraft valuations
  • Facilitate sales and purchase negotiations
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and communications
  • Participate in aviation industry events, tradeshows, and community aviation activities
  • Host clients for aircraft showings and provide detailed aircraft specifications
  • Provide timely updates and communicate regularly with clients
