Job Requirements

  • HS diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Capability to work in variable weather and environmental conditions
  • Willingness to adhere to site security procedures and union membership requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Previous experience in cleaning services role preferred
  • Previous experience in the aviation industry preferred
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently
  • Capable of working rotating shifts including weekends, holidays and days off
  • Strong cognitive and organizational skills
  • Ability to work safely in varied environmental conditions

Job Duties

  • Equip airplane cabin with equipment and supplies according to check list specifications
  • Carry supplies weighing up to 50 lbs on board aircraft
  • Check condition, clean, sort, count, salvage and/or store equipment
  • Assemble kits
  • Operate vacuum cleaner and mechanized cleaning aids
  • Verify deliveries of supplies against requisitions
  • Perform thorough aircraft interior cleaning using manual and powered equipment
  • Complete aircraft cleaning documentation as required
  • Stock and clean vehicles and cabin service make-up rooms
  • Maintain and stock cabin service kits
  • Dispose of trash and waste related to job functions
