Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional Airbnb cleaning or hotel housekeeping experience
- Must have a smartphone with reliable service
- Comfortable using the Breezeway App for every project
- Provide own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment
- Availability primarily on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable insured vehicle
- Ability to work independently and maintain punctuality
Job Qualifications

- Proven ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Comfortable using smartphone technology and apps for work purposes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality cleaning standards
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and coordination
- Valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling demands
Job Duties
- Perform high-speed turnovers including comprehensive cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas within the standard turnover window
- Use the Breezeway App to follow property-specific checklists and take required photos to verify cleaning and staging
- Execute hotel-quality linen resets and staging including fluffing pillows, arranging amenities, and verifying "The Brighthouse Look"
- Replenish guest essentials and report any maintenance needs or property issues immediately via the app
- Travel to assigned downtown Nashville and surrounding area properties reliably and punctually
- Maintain professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure quality service
- Communicate effectively with The Brighthouse Partnership support team for any on-site issues or questions
