Job Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
Minimum 2 years’ experience in data entry
Ability to professionally handle inbound and outbound calls
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing procedures
Willingness to work overtime when needed
Detail oriented with exceptional communication skills
Ability to lift 50 to 70 pounds
Availability to work in inclement weather, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
Minimum of 2 years experience in data entry
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, preferred
Good customer service skills
Warehouse experience preferred
Ability to type 35+ words per minute

Job Duties

Maintain inbound and outbound trucks activity logs
Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls
Monitor inbound and outbound flights, providing real-time updates to leadership
Adapt to constant changes in procedures
Create and send reports on time
Work under pressure and as part of a team
Utilize knowledge of Amazon Logistics System
Complete additional tasks assigned by management
