Job Requirements
- 2 years experience in data entry
- High school, GED or international equivalent
- Professionally handle inbound calls and outbound calls
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to constant changes in procedures
- Be willing to work overtime when needed
- Detail oriented with exceptional communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or international equivalent
- 2 years experience in data entry
- Proficient in customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel is preferred
- Knowledge of warehouse operations is preferred
- Ability to type 35+ words per minute
Job Duties
- Maintain inbound and outbound trucks activity logs
- Professionally handle inbound calls and outbound calls
- Monitor inbound and outbound flights, providing real-time updates to leadership
- Adapt to constant changes in procedures
- Create and send reports on time “in the loop”
- Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Knowledgeable of Amazon logistics system
