Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- relevant experience in freight forwarding or air export operations
- knowledge of export documentation and customs procedures
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines
- proficiency in logistics software
- ability to work on-site at designated location

- proficiency in using logistics software such as Logis Air

- attention to detail and accuracy
Job Duties
- Complete coordination between all applicable parties for air export shipments
- ensure timely bookings with airlines on behalf of customers
- prepare export documentation including entry into Logis Air
- comply with country-specific export requirements
- prepare Certificate of Origin, Cargo Manifest, NAFTA Certificate, Airway Bill, and other required documents
- file AES automated electronic system export customs documentation accurately
- communicate regularly with customers regarding shipment status
- maintain continuous communication with overseas teams to meet delivery commitments
- follow up with airlines to monitor tracking and updates on departures and arrivals
- ensure invoicing of rendered services is accurate and timely
- update and maintain accurate customer profiles
- meet all KPIs assigned and audited by the Control Tower
