Job Duties
- Set up and maintain the pizza station according to restaurant guidelines
- Prepare all pizza items accurately, safely, and efficiently
- Restock all necessary ingredients and supplies throughout the shift
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
- Assist with cleaning and organizing the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas
- Adhere to proper food handling and safety standards as required by the local Health Department
- Support teammates and assist in other kitchen areas as needed to ensure smooth service
- Prepare, assemble, and cook pizzas according to Spinato’s specifications
- Read and prioritize tickets accurately to maintain proper flow during service
- Coordinate with Expo and other kitchen stations to ensure timely order completion
- Maintain consistency and quality during high-volume service periods
