Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality industry with managerial responsibilities
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency with basic financial calculations and data interpretation
- willingness to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- commitment to regular attendance and adherence to company policies
- capability to understand and manage complex operational information
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum 3 years of experience in hotel or restaurant management with a focus on Food and Beverage operations
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- proven experience in financial management and budgeting
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- proficiency in technology platforms relevant to hospitality management
- knowledge of brand compliance and quality assurance standards
Job Duties
- Market, curate, develop, and manage all aspects of the F&B outlets
- support departmental leaders in Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, Maintenance, and other areas as needed
- serve as the MOD in the absence of the General Manager
- champion exceptional guest services across all outlets and the hotel, ensuring a consistent experience and customer satisfaction
- maintain effective communications between all departments
- conduct routine inspections of all areas of the hotel and restaurant, recognizing and correcting any potential safety hazards and cleanliness issues
- assist in the selection and continuous training of staff to provide high-quality service to guests
