The role of Assistant General Manager (F&B Focus) at The Ellison Hotel is a critical leadership position that supports the General Manager in overseeing the comprehensive day-to-day operations of the property with a special emphasis on managing the Food and Beverage division. The AGM takes charge of a variety of responsibilities including marketing, developing, and managing all Food and Beverage outlets, supporting other departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Maintenance, and serving as the Manager on Duty (MOD) in the absence of the General Manager.
