Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality industry with managerial responsibilities
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency with basic financial calculations and data interpretation
  • willingness to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • commitment to regular attendance and adherence to company policies
  • capability to understand and manage complex operational information

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • minimum 3 years of experience in hotel or restaurant management with a focus on Food and Beverage operations
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • proven experience in financial management and budgeting
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • proficiency in technology platforms relevant to hospitality management
  • knowledge of brand compliance and quality assurance standards

Job Duties

  • Market, curate, develop, and manage all aspects of the F&B outlets
  • support departmental leaders in Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, Maintenance, and other areas as needed
  • serve as the MOD in the absence of the General Manager
  • champion exceptional guest services across all outlets and the hotel, ensuring a consistent experience and customer satisfaction
  • maintain effective communications between all departments
  • conduct routine inspections of all areas of the hotel and restaurant, recognizing and correcting any potential safety hazards and cleanliness issues
  • assist in the selection and continuous training of staff to provide high-quality service to guests
