Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant supervisory/management experience
  • Bar management experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and natural wine
  • Proven leadership and team development ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant supervisory/management experience (bar management preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and natural wine a plus
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and calm under pressure
  • Weekend and evening availability required

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily FOH service, ensuring high standards of hospitality and efficiency
  • Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and staff side work
  • Manage floor flow, guest relations, and service recovery with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Support scheduling, shift coverage, and communication between FOH and BOH
  • Improve the cocktail, beer, and wine program in line with restaurant standards
  • Assist with bar prep, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships
  • Train and coach staff on cocktail execution, wine knowledge, and technique
