- 2+ years of restaurant supervisory/management experience
- Bar management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and natural wine
- Proven leadership and team development ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
- Ability to remain calm under pressure

Job Duties
- Supervise daily FOH service, ensuring high standards of hospitality and efficiency
- Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and staff side work
- Manage floor flow, guest relations, and service recovery with a solutions-oriented approach
- Support scheduling, shift coverage, and communication between FOH and BOH
- Improve the cocktail, beer, and wine program in line with restaurant standards
- Assist with bar prep, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships
- Train and coach staff on cocktail execution, wine knowledge, and technique
