Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in front desk or guest service
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in local language
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to handle cash and credit transactions
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols
- Professional appearance
- Ability to assist colleagues with ad-hoc duties
Job Qualifications

- Preferably one year experience in front desk or guest service role
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Fluency in local language
- Basic computer and math skills
- Flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Be the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience
- Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or on the phone
- Take and manage guest bookings, up-selling opportunities and telling them about ways to improve their stay
- Handle cash and credit transactions
- Swiftly check guests in and out by taking IDs, handing out room keys, and controlling and releasing safety deposit boxes
- Record and act on guest preferences, and handle their messages, requests, questions and concerns
- Be a trusted contact for all guests and assist with issues from billing to local knowledge, involving management when necessary
- Follow all safety procedures, report incidents and wear protective gear when needed
- Maintain professional appearance and act as a brand ambassador
- Stay informed about daily events and activities
- Assist colleagues with other ad-hoc duties when needed
