As a Barista at Scooter's Coffee, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience through fast, friendly service and consistent quality in every product served. This position requires afternoon and evening availability and involves executing all tasks in line with the company's well-established processes, procedures, and food safety standards. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible not only for making great coffee but also for fostering a welcoming environment where questions are encouraged and product education is readily shared. Your ability to suggestively sell gift cards, complementary products, and merchandise will help enhance revenue and promote brand loyalty.

The role demands an energetic, fast-paced, and flexible work style, with an eagerness to learn and grow as a barista. You'll operate and maintain the cleanliness of store equipment, manage cash transactions following strict procedures, and optimize workspace efficiency by restocking supplies and merchandise promptly.
