The BODY20 Receptionist plays a pivotal role in the studio’s daily operations by ensuring every guest, member, and employee feels welcomed and supported. This fast-paced role requires an individual who is energetic, enthusiastic, and personable, able to deliver exceptional customer service that fosters meaningful connections between the studio and its members. As front-line representatives, receptionists are not only responsible for administrative functions such as check-ins and appointment scheduling but also act as brand ambassadors who help grow the member base through sales efforts and community engagement.
Additionally, receptionists at BODY20 contribute to the studio’s marketing efforts by creating engaging content for social media platforms and newsletters, helping to maintain an active online presence that attracts new clients and retains existing customers. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and an authentic passion for health and wellness to effectively describe the unique BODY20 workout experience and encourage client participation. The role comes with weekday afternoon shifts, allowing team members to attend BODY20 sessions themselves so they can speak knowledgeably about the product.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in fitness, hospitality or customer service
- Weekday afternoon shift availability (noon-7:30pm)
- Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly
- Passion for health and wellness
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Greet all clients, prospects and employees in a warm and welcoming manner
- Provide superior customer service to current members and prospects
- Check members in, schedule appointments and answer membership questions
- Work as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales and onboarding new members
- Participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand
- Create 2-3 social media posts per week
- Create content for a monthly newsletter
