Job Requirements

At least 16 years of age
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Passion for American Eagle and Aerie products
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Previous retail experience preferred
Commitment to adhering to company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial
Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
Passion for fashion and knowledge of AE and Aerie products
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
At least 16 years of age or older

Job Duties

Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests and assist their shopping needs
Educate guests about AE and Aerie products and make personalized product suggestions
Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests
Flexibly work across salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed
Proactively address and resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and support
Uphold company integrity by following AEO policies and procedures
