Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products with a friendly approach
- Educate guests about AE and Aerie product details and make recommendations to fit their needs
- Introduce customers to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels
- Flexibly work across sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom zones as needed
- Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies
- Assist and collaborate with team members to ensure store goals are met
- Uphold company integrity by following all AEO policies and procedures
