Job Duties
- engage with every guest using the aeo selling model with a friendly approach
- educate guests on ae and aerie product details and make product suggestions
- introduce the ao loyalty program and brand channels to guests
- flex between sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed
- proactively resolve guest concerns within company policy
- assist team members to get the job done
- adhere strictly to aeo policies and procedures
