Job Requirements

- prior retail experience a plus

Job Duties
- engage with every guest using the aeo selling model with a friends first mindset
- educate guests on ae and aerie product details and suggest suitable products
- introduce and promote the aeo loyalty program and other brand channels to guests
- flexibly work across salesfloor, cash and wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed
- proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy
- collaborate with team members to assist in getting the job done
- adhere strictly to aeo policies and procedures with integrity
