Job Duties

Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to assist them in finding products with a 'friends first' mindset
Educate guests about AE and Aerie product details and make tailored product suggestions
Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to build brand love
Flexibly support various store zones including sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom as needed
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations and a positive work environment
Uphold integrity by following all company policies and procedures
