Job Duties
- Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products with a 'friends first' approach
- Educate guests on AE and Aerie product details and make fitting suggestions
- Introduce customers to the AEO loyalty program and brand channels
- Flexibly assist in various store zones including sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom
- Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations
- Uphold company policies and maintain integrity in all tasks
